Hey everyone, for those of you who have been on the ketogenic diet you can attest to the powerful transformation that it causes when done correctly. For new comers to keto here is what has done for me.
Last year Feb 1st I was 170. A healthy 170 based on the fact that I had been training like a body builder for about a year and my levels (body fat ‰ BMI , cholesterol, blood pressure etc..) were in great condition but I definitely wanted to trim down, remain strong but get rid of the excess water that I could never seem to get rid of while primarily eating carbs and protein as well as the chronic fatigue symptoms that I had also been a burden.
